Pros of High-Rise Apartment:

This type of apartment complexes have more room availability and very spacious, and has various amenities such as laundry services, swimming pools, convenience stores and even small grocery stores that are located inside the building. High-rise apartments almost always have an elevator, so people who live in the upper floors don’t have to walk all the way to the ground floor. This type of property are very secure and safe in terms of security service.

Cons of High-Rise Apartment:

High-rise apartment have more rooms for their tenants, so they are always busier and always have social interference between tenants. This kind of apartments are normally harder to find availability in the city. These high rise apartments are too expensive.

Pros of Low-Rise Apartment:
Low-rise apartments are usually cheaper to rent and the price is often negotiable. The residents in low-rise apartments tend to be older and un-proper maintained, so you will have less noise, fewer parties, and a cleaner environment. Low-rise apartments are usually located in residential areas, so there is more privacy and peace-and-quiet environment. Low-rise apartments are nearer to the main road/ streets, so you will spend less time going to your car or riding public transportation from your apartment.
Cons of Low-Rise Apartment:

Low-rise apartments are usually located far from downtown areas, so you will have to travel longer for work. So option for apartment units are very less. Most units have no extra benefits such as appliances or furniture. In some cases, you may have to set up your own telephone, internet access, cable TV and utilities, since the landlords may not do them for you. Low-rise complexes are not as luxurious as high-rise apartment complexes, and few will include amenities such as gardens, swimming pools, fitness centers or laundry facilities. Finally, supervisors and property managers rarely live in the building, and you may not have your own parking space.
