The National Capital Region (NCR) in India is the designation for the metropolitan area which encompasses the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi, which includes New Delhi, as well as urban areas surrounding it in neighboring states of Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Bhiwadi.

NCR is India’s largest and one of the world’s largest agglomeration with a population of over 47,000,000 at the 2011 Census. All the areas of NCR together generated GDP of $128.9 billion in 2011-12, which was 7.5 percent of the Indian GDP and the current average price of the property is rupees 6709 per sqft.

Gurgaon: Gurgaon has architecturally noteworthy buildings in a wide range of styles and from distinct time period. Noida: Noida, short for the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority is a planned city in India under the management of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (also called NOIDA). It is part of National Capital Region of India. Noida stands at 17th place when it comes to cleanliness of a city in India. This place is good for living as compared to Gurgaon and the average property price per Sq.ft is Rs 4250 onwards.

Faridabad: Faridabad is the largest city in the north Indian state of Haryana, in Faridabad district. These place is compare to other cities in NCR is cheaper and good for living as it is developing. The average price of the property over here is Rs 3570 per sq.ft onwards.

Bhiwadi: Bhiwadi is situated in Rajasthan and it is the entry gate. It is 65 km away from the New Delhi, 200 km from Jaipur, 90 km from Alwar,22 km from Gurgaon (Manesar) and 60 km from Faridabad (PROP Touch India Sec-49). It can be reached by National Highway NH8 (Delhi-Jaipur highway) via Dharuhera, in 20 min from Hero Honda Chowk (Gurgaon) and in 40-45 min from IGI Airport, New Delhi. It can also be reached by Gurgaon-Shona-Tauru-Dharuhera road. The average price of the multistory apartment are cheaper than other cities of NCR and it is developing with rapid state. The average price of the property is Rs 2716 per sqft onwards
