In New Delhi : Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) has decided not to buy cement from Ultratech Cement and Lafarge Cement.
“The Decision has been made by top most realty body in order to help Fair price determination of key raw materials required for the real estate sector,” Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) said.
The Announcement to stop procurement of cement from Ultratech and lafarge cement companies was made by AGM.
The CREDAI National President getamber Anand said : we are decided to boycott lafarge and Ultratech, as they have not delivered the cement to CREDAI Member at decided price, even after taking the advance payment.
If situation do not changes then we will go on national strike.
The President of CREDAI-NCR, Manoj Gaur said ” There are 220 members of CREDAI NCR Region and also decide to boycott the Ultratech and lafarge “
these have also increase the price of cement up to 40 % and its seems they are involved in cartelisation.
All the Members of CREDAI NCR agree to stop buying Cement through these companies.
CREDAI NCR have 220 member in Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Rajnagar extension, Noida, Delhi, Yamuna Expressways and other joint area around this region.
